The Financial Stress Index (FSI) combines renter cost burden, eviction rate, and debt in collections into a 0–100 score. 101 of 254 Texas counties have all three inputs and receive a score. Because 153 counties are missing eviction data, no state-wide average is shown here — averaging across the reporting subset would be misleading. Bexar, TX has the highest score at 91.
